Please note: all software available through this page is currently in an "alpha" state: incompletely documented and tested. We have been using it for our analyses, and are not currently aware of any bugs, but you use this software without warranty and at your own risk.

That said, we welcome feedback on the software (bugs, wishes, possible improvements).
