Input files for spatial moment equations in xtc
These are input files that define various types of spatial, stochastic
single-species plant competition equations (analogous to logistic growth).
They work with the program xtc, which numerically integrates
one-dimensional partial- and integro-differential equations, and which
you can get (free) from Bard
Ermentrout (it runs on various Unix/X11 platforms). (See
my various manuscripts on the subject for
more info about the models themselves.)
