I've put up the abstract in plain text and
PostScript versions (both
uncompressed and compressed), which you can also get
by anonymous ftp to ftp://ftp.eeb.princeton.edu/pub/ben/,
and some HTML versions.
In general I'm only making preprints, and abstracts of older papers,
available here; I'm not sure of the copyright ramifications of
putting already-published papers up on the Web.
